Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $11.00/hr

Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00 to $11.50, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Meet the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus, providing service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Learn about various beer, wine, and spirits, and suggestively upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly according to standards.
• Check guest IDs to verify age requirements.
• Communicate cut-off times as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed.
• Request additional or restock products as required.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain the issued bank.
• Keep the work station clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and organization of the cooler.
