Job summary

Cedar Point's Sawmill Creek Resort in Ohio is seeking a Part Time Bartender to serve guests with friendly, attentive service and upsell beverages. You’ll work at full-service bars, handle cash, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Perks include paid training, free uniforms, free admission to Cedar Point and other properties, and discounts on food/merchandise. Must be 21+.

Training and union solicitation noted; flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience, preferred.

• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Bar-tending full service bars, making drinks to order, taking food orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cash registers and require identification for guest to whom alcohol is being served.
• Complete mandatory Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training and, if applicable, ServSafe Alcohol Training.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.
