Sawmill Creek is hiring an outlet bartender to serve guests, take orders, maintain safety and cleanliness, and operate cash registers with proper ID for alcohol service. The role emphasizes friendly, prompt service and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities include delivering memorable experiences, interacting with a diverse guest base, and gaining skills for future opportunities at Cedar Point and Sawmill Creek.

Formación

• 2 years experience, preferred.
• People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point and Sawmill Creek.
• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Bar-tending full service bars, making drinks to order, taking food orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cash registers and require identification for guest to whom alcohol is being served.
• Complete mandatory Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training and, if applicable, ServSafe Alcohol Training.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.
