Job summary

The St. Joe Company / St. Joe Resort Operations LLC is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver an above-and-beyond beverage service experience at our resort locations in Florida.

You will set up the bar, greet guests, upsell food and drinks, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining safety procedures for alcohol service. A minimum of one year of high‑volume bartending experience is preferred; CPR and food handling certifications are required, with additional alcohol awareness

Qualifications

• One year bartending experience in a high-volume facility preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Food Handling Certification required.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar at beginning of shift.
• Pick up and count bank.
• Keep bar clean, sanitized, and stocked with beverages and supplies.
• Greet guests and upsell food and beverages.
• Provide timely, friendly service while following safety procedures for alcohol.

Job SummaryThe role of a bartender is to provide an above and beyond service experience and to ensure that all guests are served beverages and/or food in a timely, friendly and high-quality way that follows safety procedures for serving alcohol.
