Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa – The Exchange Bar in downtown Montgomery, AL seeks an experienced Part-Time Bartender to join our high-energy team. You will prepare a wide range of beverages, maintain a clean, organized bar, verify IDs, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

This role offers a supportive, growth-minded environment with Marriott-brand standards. You will help ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, manage stock, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to exceed

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Part-Time Bartender to join our team and help us create exceptional bar experiences for our guests at The Exchange Bar in downtown Montgomery, AL.

Key Components Of The Role Will Include

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accurate recipes and proper presentation.
• Serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Maintain a well-organized bar inventory and ensure an adequate supply of supplies for smooth operations.
