Job summary

Miraval Berkshires in Lenox, MA is seeking a bartender to welcome guests and craft drinks in our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare cocktails, coffee drinks and other beverages, while keeping the bar area tidy and friendly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests at the bar and dining areas.
• Prepare coffee drinks, blended smoothies and light snacks.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Provide directions and information to guests as needed.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service to all guests.

Miraval Bartenders are an essential member of the Food & Beverage department. They are often the first members of the F&B department that our guests will meet. By that virtue, they set the tone for the service and culinary experience that our guests will receive. Bartenders make drinks for guests that sit at the bar and for the servers in the dining room. Bartenders will also make coffee drinks, blend smoothies, hand out snacks, offer directions and answer questions for our guests, while keeping the bar and seating area tidy at all times.

The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $20-$25/hour.
