Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer and cider moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What You'll Be Doing

Resurgence brews and Blackbird cider are tasty anywhere and you'll be there, too! Provide exceptional customer service and beverages at off-site events such as markets, festivals, Pints in the Park, and Kelkenberg Farm. Support your co-workers and patrons to maintain a friendly, clean, and fun atmosphere beyond the taproom walls. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a 'can-do' attitude, self-motivation, customer focus, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include taking orders, pouring beer, serving cans, engaging with patrons, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and setting up/taking down event areas. We seek someone with a strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service for the ultimate guest experience.

This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.
