Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Bartender Non-Tipped to deliver exceptional customer service and mix and serve drinks quickly and accurately. You will work with servers to ensure fast service and maintain a well-equipped bar area with all necessary tools and products.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to prepare a wide range of beverages. Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol; flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol, and create recipes with proper garnishes.
• Ensure the bar area is fully equipped with tools and products for drink preparation.
• Prepare accurate opening counts and place inventory or purchase orders as needed.
• Be cordial, diplomatic, and attentive when dealing with guests.
• Stand or move around the bar area; a significant amount of walking may be required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour - $18 per hour

Usted trae:
