As a Bartender you will welcome guests, master our beers, wines and island cocktails, take orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar. Candidates must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting; sponsorship is not

• Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment.
• Strong English communication and knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to remain composed in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, offering a personalized experience at our beachfront bar.
• Display expertise in our extensive range of beers, wines, and island-inspired cocktails.
• Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Engage guests with stories behind signature drinks and gourmet offerings.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bar Management

• Manage bar operations with skill, including effective opening and closing routines.
• Uphold top standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Carefully manage inventory and bar equipment, enhancing the bar's welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
