Glass & Vine in Miami is seeking bartenders to craft cocktails and provide exceptional hospitality in a vibrant venue. You will verify guest IDs, balance cash, and handle payments while delivering attentive service to guests.

Ideal candidates have strong mixology knowledge, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to work with regulations governing alcohol service. Previous supervisory exposure is a plus; on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails.
• Understanding of flavor pairings and guest preferences.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and social perceptiveness.
• Ability to evaluate guest satisfaction and respond promptly.
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol consumption.

Responsibilities

• Bartend and mix traditional and creative cocktails based on guests' requests.
• Verify identification and age of guests.
• Process payment and balance cash receipts.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils and maintain bar area.
• Open and maintain tabs during shift and balance deposits.
• Make recommendations based on guests' tastes and preferences.
• Build rapport with regular guests to create a positive atmosphere.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
