What You'll Do

As a Bartender/Mixologist extraordinaire, you'll craft unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Greet guests with a smile and cater to their every need in a speedy, friendly, and oh-so-efficient manner.
• Elevate simple drinks to the level of liquid artistry through your impeccable mixing and garnishing skills.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations while serving up tantalizing cocktails.
• Master our point-of-sale system to flawlessly process payments and handle various forms of tender with finesse.
• Keep the bar stocked and well-stocked with a tantalizing array of beverages, condiments, and more.
• Maintain a pristine bar area and service stations, because cleanliness is key.

What We're Looking For

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are all you need, along with a dash of mixologist experience.
• Embrace the night, the weekends, and the holidays because St. Augustine never sleeps.
• Showcase your strength by lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, with a little standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling thrown in.
• Handle the heat (literally) as you work in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is the starting point, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
