Blue Jack Cocktail Lounge & Speakeasy, located in Madison’s One Social District, is hiring bartenders to join our chic, intimate setting. This role focuses on guest service and skillful drink preparation in a full-service casual dining environment.

We seek individuals committed to high standards, teamwork, and a friendly, thoughtful approach with co-workers and guests. This position may be full-time or part-time to accommodate flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Commitment to high standards and guest service excellence.
• Ability to craft high quality cocktails and drink presentations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and serve guests with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming bar experience.
• Maintain clean and organized bar area and assist with restocking supplies.
