You are the expert in creating unique coffees and cocktails! Our Bartenders maintain a pleasant and fun atmosphere, while simultaneously crafting a high volume of personalized drinks.

Our ideal candidate is an engaging team player, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience. The starting rate for this position is $20/hr + tips.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome by greeting them in a warm and genuine way
• Be consistent in providing attentive service that exceeds guest expectations
• Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests
• Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and their ingredients
• Receive orders and process payments
• Be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate
• Follow all relevant brand standards for service
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant

Attributes

• 2+ years bartending experience preferred
• Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
• Highly developed guest relations skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 35lbs as needed
• Proficiency in restaurant software systems is preferred
