Milk & Honey is seeking a motivated Bartender to join our New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination. You will craft cocktails with artistry, engage guests with stories, and showcase beverage expertise in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in bartending or beverage service.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for orders and receipts.
• Must be of legal drinking age per state law.
• Wlexibility to work weekends, some holidays, and varied shifts.
• Certified in responsible alcohol service (or able to obtain) as required by state/local law.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

• Craft extraordinary and visually stunning cocktails, showcasing your artistic flair and mastery of mixology.
• Create an immersive and enchanting experience for guests, leaving them mesmerized by your captivating personality and exceptional service.
• Engage guests with charming anecdotes, captivating stories, and genuine connections, fostering a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
• Demonstrate expertise as a beverage ambassador, sharing in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails to delight and impress our guests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months experience.
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
• Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive arm and hand movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30–40 pounds (e.g., kegs, ice bins, cases).
• Manual dexterity to pour, mix, garnish, and handle glassware safely.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Tolerance for exposure to noise, crowded spaces, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs.
