A leading hospitality group in New York is seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional service and prepare beverages for guests. The role involves maintaining a clean bar area, managing orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Prepares all alcoholic beverages for guests and venue servers. Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests' bar/dining experience. Interacts with guests, team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
Attend daily pre-service meetings, participate in training sessions, learn by observing, and share knowledge. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality, work as part of a team, and assist with additional tasks as assigned.

1-2 years of professional beverage experience, previous bartending experience, and experience in high-volume environments.
Effective communication, positive energy, legible printing, ability to kneel, bend, stand for extended periods, move quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in noisy, crowded, and smoky environments. Extended hours, irregular shifts, evening/weekend/holiday work may be required. Exposure to cleaning materials and hot kitchen elements. Maintain a professional appearance and interact courteously with customers and staff. Handle a fast-paced, stressful environment. Maintain confidentiality.
