Job Summary

The Bartender will greet customers, serve classical cocktails, answer questions, recommend menu items, requisition stock, and maintain cleanliness of the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify stock amounts and ensure proper stocking and cleanliness.
• Serve guests efficiently using POS and credit card machines.
• Check IDs to serve only of legal age.
• Promote safe drinking and transportation methods.
• Use new cups for each beverage and complete sanitation worksheets.
• Log alcohol service denials and recount stock at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and requisition stock for upcoming events.
• Report tips and handle cash accurately.

Essential Duties

• Stand for long periods and engage physically with guests.
• Reach, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
• React promptly in emergency situations.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Class 12 MAST Permit required.
