Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming environment and provide outstanding customer interactions.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Drink Preparation: Mix and pour a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Bar Maintenance: Perform general preparation and maintenance of the bar area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Opening Keyholder Responsibilities: Manage opening duties, including cash management and staff support.
• Order Management: Place and receive orders to maintain inventory levels.
• POS Support: Assist staff with any point-of-sale issues that may arise.
