Role Overview:

The Bartender plays a vital role in protecting, maintaining, and evolving our restaurant's culture by adhering to, teaching, and preserving the integrity of our Guest standards. Food and beverage are central to our culture and business.

The Bartender contributes to the restaurant's success by serving Guests within the restaurant. Their responsibilities include serving Guests in a friendly, sincere manner and doing "whatever it takes" to ensure a Rocky Mountain Hospitality experience for Guests drinking and dining at the bar. Additionally, they provide friendly, efficient service to support the entire team.

In your role, you will be:
  • Working alongside a team to deliver exceptional experiences with high-quality food and beverage.
  • Creating craft cocktails with integrity and adherence to brand standards, focusing on the guest.
  • Being knowledgeable and passionate about our local beer and wine program.
  • Building relationships with the community through genuine engagement and guest care.
  • Following established steps to deliver on our promise of Rocky Mountain Hospitality.
  • Using the Toast POS system for entering orders and processing payments.
  • Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout the shift.
  • Performing side work during the shift to ensure all positions are adequately supported.
