Job Description - Bartender, Leonessa (Seasonal) - Conrad New York Downtown (HOT0BKEQ)

Located in Downtown Manhattan, our 463 all-suite luxury hotel is less than 10 minutes from the city’s most iconic attractions, including One World Trade Observatory, Tribeca, Greenwich Village, SoHo, and Wall Street. Experience panoramic views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty from Leonessa, our Italian rooftop bar. Business travelers can meet in our 30,000 square feet of event space spanning two floors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a property of a similar size, and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to obtain additional job-related certifications as requested.

Shift Pattern: This is a seasonal role. Full availability needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $30.65 - $40.87 / hour

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring high standards of service.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries and requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards.
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests.
• Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Processing payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and vouchers.
• Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of beverage-related perishables.
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests, as needed.
