Yurbban Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender for Lennox Hotel Miami Beach. You will craft cocktails, wines, and other beverages with a focus on service excellence across Amalia Restaurant, the Lobby Bar, and the Pool Bar.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years bartending experience in upscale settings, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and English proficiency with Spanish skills. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth and team collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines and beer.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to upsell thoughtfully.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages per recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests across outlets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits and food menus to upsell.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and sanitation throughout shift.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support special events and collaborate with Food & Beverage team.

We're looking for a Bartender for Lennox Hotel Miami Beach!

Someone with a passion for hospitality, strong beverage knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our Food & Beverage outlets, including Amalia Restaurant, the Lobby Bar, and the Pool Bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and food menus to recommend products and maximize sales through upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including workstation preparation, stocking, and securing the bar.
• Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, rotate products, and follow waste management procedures to minimize costs.
• Prepare beverage orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Process guest transactions using the POS system and follow established cash-handling procedures.
• Comply with responsible alcohol service regulations, including verifying identification and monitoring alcohol consumption.
• Support special events, private functions, and promotional activities as needed.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and communicate guest concerns or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, boutique hotel, luxury hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.
• Previous experience delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English proficiency required; Spanish is a must.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and food safety standards. Relevant certifications are preferred.
• Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in Florida.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and across different Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as required.

Work Location

100% on-site, in-house position at Lennox Hotel Miami Beach.

FLSA Classification

Hourly non-exempt position, with benefits according to the company handbook.
