Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a part-time Bartender for Leatherby's Restaurant in Costa Mesa, CA. You will fulfill drink orders, mix drinks, handle payments, and ensure responsible alcohol service while delivering an excellent guest experience.

This is a tipped position; the hourly pay listed does not include tips. Benefits include weekly pay and opportunities for training, with eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation, and other programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and make correct change.
• Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportions.
• Serve alcohol beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Complete sales and inventory reports accurately.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Leatherby's Restaurant in Costa Mesa, California. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$16.90 - $16.90 / hour

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
