Job Overview: The bartender designs, makes, and serves craft signature cocktails, serving guests directly or supporting staff in various areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking guest drink orders, preparing, and serving drinks per recipes and procedures.
• Operating POS systems to process charges, handling cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and tips.
• Setting up and stocking the bar, preparing garnishes, and requesting supplies.
• Maintaining and cleaning the bar and equipment, locking up as required.
• Assisting staff with glassware and supplies.
• Following responsible alcohol service guidelines and prohibiting sales to underage or intoxicated guests.
• Interacting with guests to ensure excellent service and resolve complaints.
• Assisting food service personnel when needed.
• Working with the Front of House Manager on inventory and supply orders.
• Getting to know our guests and offering food and beverage recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older.
• At least one year of bartending experience or education, preferably with higher-level dining experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to learn drink preparations and alcohol awareness protocols.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for 98% of the shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
