Pay Rate: $16.50/hour plus tips.

Purpose: Welcome guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing menu, pricing, and allergen information to guests
• Recognizing and cultivating repeat business
• Taking and entering orders into POS system accurately
• Serving food and drinks promptly
• Replenishing stock during shifts
• Moving furniture as directed
• Verifying guest age before serving alcohol
• Following precise drink recipes
• Responding to guest concerns professionally
• Complying with safety, health, and liquor laws
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Processing payments accurately
• Handling safety hazards and equipment issues
• Monitoring guest intoxication and refusing service when necessary

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma preferred, legal work eligibility, valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, 2+ years of experience, POS skills, knowledge of beer and spirits, excellent communication, and safety awareness.

Working Conditions: Indoor/outdoor, variable noise and crowd levels, fast-paced environment, varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks required for bartending.
