Job Responsibilities

1. Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisitions.
2. Be familiar with all types of liquor, drink recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes.
3. Know drink recipes, beverage options, and pricing.
4. Handle cash accurately, including proper discounting, MICROS system (or registers), bank procedures, and tip policies.
5. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
6. Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
7. Complete formal training on liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
