Role Overview

This position performs bar service activities with primary responsibility for mixing alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks; serving beverages and/or food; and monitoring guest alcohol consumption.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, monitor alcohol consumption, and maintain service standards.
2. Request proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages when legal age is questionable.
3. Perform all duties of bartender checklists, including cleaning duties.
4. Enter orders into POS, maintain accurate guest counts, verify sales, and process payments.
5. Comply with all relevant regulations related to food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety.
6. Complete all other duties as assigned.
