Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and bar equipment.
• Stands throughout the shift and maintains stamina.
• Frequent hand immersion in water as part of the role.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, booths, and surfaces.
• Ability to lift cases up to 25 pounds several times per shift.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Interacts with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Slices garnishes for drinks and presents guest checks, handling payments.
• Relays food orders to kitchen via POS system.
• Processes orders for employees and managers as needed.
