What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you will craft and serve exquisite beverages while delivering exceptional service that meets Forbes 5-Star standards. Your artistry, attention to detail, and professionalism will ensure memorable guest experiences and a luxurious atmosphere for our distinguished clientele.

• Greet and welcome guests with sophistication, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations.
• Mix, shake, stir, and garnish drinks according to recipes, ensuring visual appeal and quality. Customize drinks to guest preferences within standard portions.
• Comply with all alcohol service regulations, verifying guest IDs discreetly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system, maintaining confidentiality and security.
• Keep the bar well-stocked with spirits, wines, beers, and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
• Stay updated on mixology trends and Japanese beverages, offering expert recommendations and pairings.
• Handle intoxicated guests tactfully, prioritizing safety and adhering to policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring sanitation standards are met.

The pay rate ranges from $30.65 to $40.87, depending on experience.

What are we looking for?

We seek a passionate, professional Bartender with expertise in mixology, Japanese spirits (sake, soju, shochu), and luxury service. Proven experience in high-end hospitality, strong knowledge of cocktails, and certifications like TIPS or ServSafe are required. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, attentive to detail, and flexible with hours, including nights and weekends.
