Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests, take orders, and process transactions.
2. Mix and serve beverages, including providing drinks from the service well.
3. Follow all alcohol service policies and check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
4. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
5. Set up and clean workstations, including sanitizing.
6. Manage inventory and ensure product levels are maintained.
