This position entails greeting guests professionally and courteously, serving beverages at designated locations, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

1. Serve and dispense alcohol according to PLCB regulations at bar and poolside locations
2. Operate the point of sale system
3. Prepare cocktails following standard recipes
4. Assess customer needs and make recommendations
5. Perform opening and closing procedures
6. Maintain adequate bar par and liquor requisitions
7. Receive and store beverages properly
8. Conduct monthly inventory
9. Ensure cleanliness and safety of glassware and utensils
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
11. Complete assigned side work in a clean and orderly manner
12. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass the RAMP alcohol server test within the probation period
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or lounge
