The Role

Responsible for mixing and dispensing beverages for guests, coordinating service with beverage servers and other staff, while complying with standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality guest service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Mix and dispense beverages according to recipes and procedures. Take drink orders from servers and process them efficiently.
• Operate and balance the cash register, handle payments via cash, credit, or other methods.
• Follow all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
• Keep stock of beverages and bar items, replenishing as needed.
• Pour a high volume of drinks accurately.
• Be knowledgeable about beers, liquors, and current trends, and communicate this to customers.
• Follow the Customer Service model at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must perform all duties satisfactorily. Must be familiar with company policies, safety, and fire regulations. Regular attendance required.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of related experience or training, or equivalent. Ability to work well with the public and present a professional, courteous image.

Certificates and Licenses

Must maintain current health and other required certifications as per local regulations.

Skills

Effective communication in English, basic math skills, ability to operate POS systems, and reasoning skills including attention to detail, rapid working pace, and customer recognition.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, carrying, pulling, hearing, lifting up to 35 lbs., bending, observing, stretching, pushing, turning, balancing, smelling.

Work Environment

Indoor, noisy, smoking environment.
