Job Summary

This role involves preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Setting up bars, stocking beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintaining stock and preparing garnishes and perishables.
• Greeting guests courteously.
• Taking and preparing drink orders, practicing portion control.
• Checking IDs and recognizing guest intoxication.
• Handling cash and verifying charges.
• Securing beverage and cash assets.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Arranging bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washing and sterilizing glassware.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
