Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience with Bartending in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Serve food and beverages directly to guests.
• Ensure each interaction reflects the Applebee’s Service Promise.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Deliver orders accurately and promptly.
