Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, is seeking a bartender to join our team in Waterville, Maine. You’ll deliver friendly service, learn menu and drink recipes, and ensure responsible alcohol service following company policies.

You’ll use the POS system, handle cash and tips, and contribute to a welcoming, growth-focused work environment with competitive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages to guests following company policies and procedures.
• Complete understanding of the menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service.
• Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. and intoxication procedures.
• Proper use of the POS system and cash/tip handling.
• Comprehension of the wine list and pairing with menu items.
