Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Essential duties include:

• Adhering to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Setting up bars, stocking all necessary supplies.
• Maintaining fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greeting guests courteously.
• Taking and processing drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks.
• Checking IDs for alcohol service.
• Detecting guest intoxication and acting accordingly.
• Handling cash, verifying charges, and ensuring proper voucher execution.
• Securing all beverage and cash items.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Arranging bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washing and sterilizing stemware.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
