Job Summary

The Bartender interacts with customers, maintains a clean and sanitized serving area, stocks the bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, and handles payments. Ensures compliance with alcohol laws and standard operating procedures. Provides outstanding customer service, communicates effectively, and maintains quality standards. Operates equipment like beverage machines, cash registers, and refrigerators. Manages inventory and performs opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning. Serves catered parties and follows established service standards. Must be able to work independently, understand food safety, and be on feet for long periods. Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of bartending experience and/or training preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Alcohol Awareness Training may be required depending on location.
