Role: Bartender

As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll craft and serve a variety of beverages while providing exceptional service. Your skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will enhance guest experiences.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide attentive, personalized service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle transactions accurately following procedures.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous high-volume bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must wear a uniform and work in a smoky environment.
