Overview

You will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of beverage sales, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Your role is to ensure consistent quality and to prepare beverages with flair to enhance guest experience. The primary focus is maintaining a safe, comfortable environment while delivering exceptional guest service at Live! Casino and Hotel.

Responsibilities

1. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to company specifications.
2. Guide guests through menu and drink options, as well as casino and hotel offerings.
3. Take guest orders and serve accurately and promptly.
4. Keep the work area clean and organized.
5. Provide friendly and attentive service.
6. Handle cash transactions.
7. Manage opening and closing inventories.
8. Follow company policies regarding guest limitations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills to Succeed

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with POS software.
• Upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions.
• Knowledge of bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
