Job summary

Full House Resorts, Inc. is seeking an on-site bartender to greet guests, present the beverage menu, and craft drinks to standard recipes. You will manage orders, handle receipts, and maintain a clean, compliant bar area in a high-volume environment.

The role requires prior bartending experience, a valid Indiana Gaming Commission Level 3 license, and an Indiana Alcohol Beverage Permit. You may work shifts that support park operations and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and in line with Service Essentials.
• Recite the full beverage selection list.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes while practicing prudent portion control.
• Input and control orders through the register, maintaining accountability and issuing receipts for all beverages served.
• Frequently check back with and entertain guests.
• Prepare the bar for the next shift by replenishing fruit and supply levels to par.
• Sell tokens for gaming machines.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Abide by all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations for the service of alcoholic beverages to minors and potentially intoxicated guests.
• Provide service reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately inform the on‑site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity; report pursuant to the company Self‑Reporting Policy.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Additional Job Functions

• May be assigned as a dual rate with another F&B position.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous bartending in a high volume setting preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively, understand and comply with company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Licenses and Certifications: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License – Level 3; Indiana Alcohol Beverage Permit. Must obtain and maintain company alcohol awareness certification.
