Job summary

Aramark Nexus at Caprock near Mobeetie, Texas is hiring a Bartender to join our dining team. You will prepare and serve beverages, provide friendly service, and help maintain a clean, organized bar within the on-site dining facility.

The ideal candidate has experience as a bartender or similar role and will follow alcohol service policies, assist with inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes.
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational & multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs for age compliance.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning/sanitizing.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked.
• Provides excellent guest service and maintains a positive demeanor.
• Ensures security of company assets.
