'Upstairs at FLINT' is an open-air rooftop cocktail lounge open daily, boasting sweeping city and mountain views of Phoenix's Biltmore neighborhood. Pairing chef-crafted bites and premium cocktails, it's the perfect spot to unwind with friends and soak in those postcard-perfect Arizona sunsets or host a private cocktail reception under the stars. Seating is first-come, first-served and due to seating capacities, a waitlist may be available.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of 3 years as a bartender in a fine-dining environment. High volume bar is also ideal.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
