Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and drink options clearly.
• Maintain a well-organized bar setup and stock levels.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks with portion control.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings and use POS accurately.
• Handle cash and ensure accurate charges and vouchers.
• Stock, store, and rotate bar inventory and ready perishables.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and overall bar hygiene.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to deliver guest satisfaction.
