PF Changs China Bistro in Peoria, IL is hiring full-time or part-time hourly bartenders to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. You will craft beverages, maintain bar operations, and collaborate with the team to ensure guests' needs are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Makes and executes alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operates and cleans bar equipment, inventories and restocks beverages.
• Understanding seating layout to serve efficiently within the restaurant.
• Collaborates with hospitality team to meet guest needs.
• Learns to set and clear tables according to specifications.
• Follows procedures for responsible alcohol service.
