P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen restaurant team in a full-time or part-time capacity.

Bartenders will deliver exceptional guest experiences, craft specialty cocktails, and manage bar operations with teamwork and professionalism. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and cleans bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partners with other hospitality service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to company specs.
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
