Qualifications
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
- Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and condiments.
- Maintains fresh garnishes, juices and perishables for quality.
- Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
- Takes and serves drinks using standard recipes and portions.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to liquor regulations and age checks.
- Sets up and stocks bar with supplies.
- Maintains bar stock and garnishes to ensure quality.
- Greets guests and provides attentive service.
- Receives orders, mixes and serves drinks per recipes.
- Handles cash and processes charges accurately.
