Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our core team.

You will provide an exceptional guest experience, craft and serve beverage recipes, and maintain bar equipment and stock. You’ll work with teammates to ensure guests’ needs are met across high-traffic service periods. Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with inventories.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain as applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s beverage recipes and garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in inventories and restocking.
• Learn seating layout and deliver food within service areas.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Follow standards for responsible alcohol service.
