Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a bartender to deliver friendly, prompt service at the bar and craft drinks according to safety standards and guest preferences. You will upsell and share menu knowledge while coordinating with servers to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, attentive service at the bar guided by guest preferences.
• Craft drinks safely and to standard recipes while serving responsibly.
• Know the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support other restaurant areas as needed.
• Support servers with beverage selections and offerings.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
