Job summary

A Jersey Shore restaurant group is seeking a Bartender to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires engaging with guests, creating cocktails, and maintaining a cash bank. Ideal candidates should have 3 years of restaurant experience, extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and food, as well as a positive attitude. This position offers full-time and part-time options in-person in Manasquan, NJ.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years experience bartending.
• Must be able to obtain Tips and Food Handlers cards within 30 days of employment.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and take their orders.
• Make cocktails following company service standards.
• Maintain a cash bank throughout your shift.
• Market the establishment via social media outreach.
