Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Bartender for Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. The role involves serving beverages and some food, greeting guests, handling cash, and balancing tills while ensuring compliance with liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner and take beverage and food orders.
• Prepare beverages and garnish drinks according to standard recipes; assist other servers as needed.
• Input orders into POS, manage checks, and balance cash at the end of shifts.
• Maintain bar stock, set up the bar daily, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.
