Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders for full-time or part-time hourly positions in a dine-in restaurant setting.

Compensation starts at $12.15 per hour plus tips, with benefits and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should be able to provide exceptional guest experiences, work well in a fast-paced team, and comply with all sanitation and safety guidelines. Experience in bartending and knowledge of beverage recipes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card, or ability to obtain, where applicable.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests while anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang's beverages, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understand seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partner with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear a table according to company specs.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
