P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Roseville, CA is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen restaurant team.

This role delivers exceptional guest experiences, crafts cocktails, and works with the bar to maintain service flow in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety practices.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experiences that anticipate, deliver, and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s cocktail recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in inventories and restocking beverages.
• Understand seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly per brand specifications.
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
